Day 27 Moving Day to Anchorage

We were slow moving today with the long day on Sunday. We drove in the rain and mist until we got to Wasilla and then the sun came out.By the time we got to Anchorage it was sunny and short sleeve weather. Once we got our camper set up, we went downtown to check out the tours and events at the visitor’s center. We ended on taking a tolley tour of the city which gave us a good background of the city and a wonderful way to spend an nice afternoon. Also visited the Alaskan natural resource center and saw a short movie on the bears returning to the Cook Island yearly. The kids loved it. We may have to go back there this weekend.
