Today was moving day- Anchorage to Tok. It was a rainy drive but full of frost heaves and construction. It was about 25 long miles of construction and dirt roads. But even when you get on the pavement it was full of bumps. It was a long 318 miles for us.
We did see 2 beautiful glaciers and one was 4 miles long. There was not much between the two points.We did not see any animals near the road. We are 100 miles from the eastern Canada tonight. We stayed at this park on the way into Fairbanks and looking forward to the live entertainment and ice cream tonight. The entertainment is folk singers that are very good.
Also we did our laundry this afternoon and was able to do our blog. The internet is good here and hardly anyone is here today so we have little competition!
We have a long drive tomorrow as well.
The kids called and stated that they are home to a hot house. Miss the kids but will talk to them soon!!
